System Assessments and Maintenance Programs

Using our specially designed “fill in the blank” System Assessment Sheet we are able to compile the data that determines the program required by your system. This data identifies the immediate problems, as well as future trouble areas in your system. A scheduled maintenance program in all cases increases the life of your system thus reducing overall costs. Having such a program in place greatly reduces the risk of environment contamination due to leaks caused by worn or damaged interconnections and components.

Portable Line-Bore Service

As bores, pins and bushing wear the risk becomes greater. This hazard could lead to equipment damage, personal injury and environmental damage if equipment failure occurs. Our portable line boring service provides on-site repair of worn or over-sized bores or bushing bores on all types of mobile and industrial equipment. This portable service eliminates the need for transporting equipment or removal of machinery from site. We also offer complete machine shop and welding services to support any requirements for replacement pins, bushings, sleeves or welding in of bores to return to original sizing. Resizing of bores by utilizing portable line boring services is the most cost effective way to make these repairs.

Pin removal service

We are equipped to remove seized pins. Much time and effort can be put into a pin if you are not equipped to remove seized pins. In fact if a pin is not dealt with using the right tools the situation can worsen. We have removed pins on mobile and industrial equipment in mining, construction, utilities, and marine sectors.
